About Mallorie

Mallorie Williams coaches women on how to balance their blood sugar. After overcoming a three year battle with hypoglycemia herself, and witnessing other women go through the same thing, she was inspired to become certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She believes that when given the right tools, the body is capable of accomplishing AMAZING things. She currently resides in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in Knoxville, Tennessee.

My Story

In my early twenties I battled with constant low blood sugar. I ate often, made sure my diet was clean, and all of my blood work was great! Somehow I was STILL experiencing hypoglycemic episodes 4-5 times a week. I was often exhausted, nauseated, weighed down by tremendous amounts of anxiety, and I got to the point where I was too afraid to leave my house because I was so worried that I would have another episode while I was out by myself.

Eventually, things got so bad that I had to drop out of college. I had virtually no social life and I became incredibly anxious and obsessed with my blood sugar issues. One day, I spent an entire afternoon crying and wondering if I was ever going to get better or if I was just stuck feeling this way for the rest of my life. In that moment, a voice in my head said, “There is SO much more still in store for you!” I then made the conscious decision that I was going to do whatever it took to get this under control.

I began to learn how my lifestyle was holding me back and preventing my body from being able to do what it was designed to do. When I began to address that, I started to see remarkable improvements. Nowadays, I’m back to living a life I enjoy! I rarely think about my blood sugar at all. I’m no longer on a roller coaster of highs and lows, I have more energy than ever, and I’m able to go out and do things I enjoy again. Most importantly, I’m back to loving my life!
